Rooms & Rates

  • Affordable - We offer a lower nightly rate for weekly bookings. Weekly rates start from $560 per week with NO BOND REQUIRED. We also offer reasonable nightly rates for short-term guests.
  • Clean - We pride ourselves on our standards.
  • Comfortable - We have queen beds and armchairs to relax in, reverse-cycle air conditioning and Austar TV and DVD player in all rooms.
  • Facilities - We have Free Wi-Fi, along with barbecue facilities, laundry and a large saltwater-chlorinated swimming pool. Each room has an outdoor table and chairs.
  • Quality - Each room has been recently renovated and is fully ensuited with kitchenette, wardrobe storage and desk.
  • Quiet - We are on Fourth Avenue, off the main highway, towards the Irish Club and just past the Mount Isa public pool. Situated on the Leichhardt River, we're just a short walk to the town centre.
  • Secure - The motor inn is quite safe with onsite management and off-street parking.
  • Service - We like to spoil our guests. If you have special requests we will endeavour to do our best to help. We fully service the rooms and supply cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Accommodation

Fourth Avenue Motor Inn provides clean, comfortable and cool accommodation at very affordable rates.

The best part: the longer you stay, the cheaper the rates! We provide 25 renovated rooms, which comprise family and double room configurations. Our family rooms consist of one queen bed and one king single bed. Each room has a separate ensuite.

Our double rooms have a queen bed with a recliner armchair and ensuite. The reclining chairs have proved quite popular with workers and weary travellers, who want to relax after a long day.

Rooms

We have queen beds and all linen is provided. Enjoy relaxing in one of our very comfortable armchairs. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans help to cool the rooms. Each room has an outdoor table and chairs.

Austar TV and DVD facilities are provided in every room for your entertainment, with a desk and storage for your clothes and belongings helps to keep the room tidy.

To provide you with self-contained accommodation, each room has a large refrigerator for all your groceries and the kitchenette is furnished with plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

The rooms are regularly cleaned and serviced for your convenience.

Facilities

Our guests also have access to the onsite manager, who is available to help you with your requests and general maintenance and is an asset to ensure your security.

Enjoy our barbecue facilities at mealtimes and cool off in our large saltwater-chlorinated swimming pool, with plenty of deckchairs in a tropical garden setting. There is a communal laundry for you to wash and dry your clothes.
